Leicester v Sheffield United – Leicester to Win and Over 2.5 Goals – 29/20

It’s a good time to be a Sheffield United fan currently. The Blades were excellent under Chris Wilder when winning the League One title last season and they’re in with a shot of making the playoffs come the end of this current campaign.

Wilder has also led his team to the fifth round of the FA Cup where they face a trip to the King Power Stadium to take on Leicester. United’s recent successes mean they fear no team and will give it a good go on Friday night. However, Leicester are safe in the Premier League so can give their all to the FA Cup. That commitment coupled with their quality should see the home team through in an entertaining match.

Chelsea v Hull – Chelsea to Win to Nil – 17/20

Chelsea were back to their best during their 3-0 win over West Brom. The Stamford Bridge faithful were happy with that win but they know that the big concern is consistency. Some will worry that the upcoming Champions League tie with Barcelona and the likelihood that Antonio Conte will make wholesale changes will hurt their chances against Hull.

However, we’re talking about the defending Premier League champions against a Hull side who could well be relegated two years in a row. The Tigers are in all sorts of trouble and will pose Chelsea little concern on Friday night.

West Brom v Southampton – Both Teams to Score – 10/11

West Brom look as though they could be cut increasingly adrift from at the bottom of the Premier League. Among their recent poor results was the 3-2 home defeat against fellow strugglers Southampton and the Baggies have a chance to exact revenge in the FA Cup.

Both Alan Pardew and Mauricio Pellegrino have taken the chance to try and take some momentum from the FA Cup and take it into their league campaign. That’s not really worked but it won’t stop them from both going for the win on Saturday. Any result is possible but expect both teams to score at the Hawthorns.

Huddersfield v Man Utd – Man Utd to Win to Nil – 5/4

Huddersfield were the first team to beat Man Utd this season. Since that famous day for the Terriers in October, United have suffered defeat four more times in the league. That’s as many games as they lost in the entirety of their last league campaign which has, inevitably, led to criticism coming Jose Mourinho’s way.

Mourinho showed the importance with which he treats cup competitions last season and he’d love to lead Man Utd out at Wembley in the FA Cup final. How far they go remains to be seen but United’s approach should see them bet Huddersfield without too much concern early on Saturday evening.
