Will Tiger Roll win the 2019 Grand National Offer?
The Gigginstown-based Tiger Roll, son of Authorized and Swiss Roll, has had a fantastic couple of years. He won the National Hunt Challenge Cup at the 2017 Cheltenham Festival, and though that was his only victory of that year, it hinted at his supreme staying power.
It was 2018 in which thing really took off for Tiger Roll though. He took victory in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase at the 2018 Cheltenham Festival before his gutsy triumph in the Grand National just a month later.
A little off the pace in his seasonal debut in November, he got back to winning ways at Navan in February before once again winning at Cheltenham, again in the Cross Country Chase… but this time by a country mile (or 22 lengths to be exact!).
